Travyxo has four plans. Starter is free forever. Basic is $49 per month, Studio is $99 per month, and Agency is $249 per month. Paying yearly costs ten months instead of twelve — $490, $990 and $2,490 — which works out around 17% cheaper.

Yes. Starter is free forever: no card, no trial clock, no expiry date. It covers one user, five tour packages of which two may be live at once, two reusable templates, one destination country and 25 MB of image storage — with shareable web itineraries and your own logo and brand colours on every PDF.

No. Starter needs no payment details at all, and it does not expire, so there is nothing to cancel if you decide Travyxo is not for you.

Nothing you already built is taken away. Plan limits are checked when you create something new, so a company over a limit keeps every package, template and shared link it has — it simply cannot add another until it upgrades. No itinerary is deleted and no public link stops working.

Yes. Annual billing charges ten months for twelve, so Basic is $490 a year, Studio $990 and Agency $2,490 — about 17% less than paying monthly. Switching from monthly to annual credits the time you have already paid for.

Yes, in either direction. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you are charged only the difference for the time left in your period. Downgrades and switches from annual to monthly take effect at your next renewal rather than mid-term.

No — seats come with the plan. Each tier includes a fixed number of team members (1, 5, 10 and 50), and a company at its seat limit moves up a tier. There are no per-seat add-ons to price separately.

The photos you upload to your library — location, lodging, activity and vehicle images — plus your logo. Starter includes 25 MB, Basic 1 GB, Studio 5 GB and Agency 25 GB. Generated PDFs and shared itinerary pages do not count against it.
